Whats The Fastest Way To Loose Belly Fat?
I want to loose my belly fat and man titties. whats the fastest way to do it? Also I dont really like walking or running for a long period of time because my anckles hurt. Also what type of food should I eat? Sandwhiches, steak, milk chicken, cerial, bacon, eggs, bread is that stuff good?
Also im 210 pounds and 6 feet tall. I probely have at least 30 pounds of fat. Lastly I will be curling weights too.
Think I could loose it in a 1 1/2 months? How much exercise should i do per day?

Cardio… the more you move, the more you loose.
Crazy thing is… depending on how your genes and body type are made up, your belly may not be the very first thing you loose, for instance, i loose my hips, thighs and arms way before i loose my tummy. Everyone is different and looses differently as a result.
Try to stay away from Sugars and Breads, which jsut happen to be my weakness, thats why I don’t diet, but when i do watch the intake of these items, i see a dramatic result in my tummy area.
My hubby is a personal trainer, and he always says increase the food and move more. It works for me, don’t have to stop stuffing my face and still loose my waist,lol.

if i were you since your a guy and you only want to lose 30lbs, join a sport. like play basket ball or do some karate. as long a you are doing carido. even if you can only walk for 30 min a day that is still good. cut down on fatty and/or sugary foods, eat some fruit and veggies.

To answer to your question, I’ll give you my own experimentation.
In the only method really working for myself that I’ve discovered and tried, I’ve learned a very important thing : it is that everybody focus on abs exercises, and that this is
a wrong approach! Not only abs exercises are very tiring, but
also absolutely ineffective to burn fat away from abs, and to build flat abs. This is the reason why most people give up quickly.
In reality, the only effective way really working, is to stimulate FIRST body metabolism, you have specific exercises for that : they are appropriate and less tiring and will burn fat very fast.
I’ve tried this new approach, and not only I’ve lost my fat stomach with very visible and encouraging results, in about six weeks, but this method helped me to get flat abs I was dreaming of.
