What should I do to win the weight loss challenge at my work?
They’re doing one of those weight loss things and they are going to measure percentage lost. I only weight about a buck twenty so I’m pretty sure I can lose about 10 poounds and win.
oh yah! i have at least three weeks to plan this out. i’ve already stared eating a jar of peanut butter each day.

I’d recommend something like the South Beach Diet. You could start by just trying the first two weeks of the program, and you could easily lose the 10 pounds, plus some.
