What is the FASTEST way to loose weight?
what is the fastest way to loose weight? not the healthiest.
also, how much weight do you lose when you stop eating? im not going on a fast or anything but im doing research on fasting and how many pounds my body would drop if i stopped eating. how much weight would a girl 145pounds loose in a week of not eating?

use only essentials act like a cave man think what would a cave man doo?
would he sit and watch tv no he would build a hut to live in so get some exersize then eat only food a cave man would eat like meet veggies and fruit with water our bodies are built for stuff cave men did back then so by eating chips sitting around and doing nothing our boddies react by getting fat just think like a cave man
no cars just walk
for fun play a sport or game out side
only eat the following foods:
water
fruit/veggie juce
fruit
veggie
meet (eny kind, fish, dog, deer, beef ect.)
and just do work outside like move rocks you get stroun and loose weight but you dont have to act like a cave man…unless you want to….

I’ll tell you the real truth. 2 hours of cardio a day combined with starving.
You WILL lose a least 1 lb a day. Usually more than 1 lb though.
dont eat at all. ifyou do throw it up. work out 1 hour cardio a day. you lose weight FAST! more than 1lbs. a day
The best way I found to loose weight is to eat less and do some exercise. I was always hungry so I gave Hoodia a try as an appetite suppressant and it seemed to help.

Eat a lot of fibrous fruits and veggies salads and keep filling up your tummy with juices ,and soups after that walk or run to burn off
