I would like to loose thigh weight and some on weight my stomache ..
(im proabably now 15-20 pounds overweight at most)
I read and heard in lots of places its impossible to loose thigh weight ?
is this true.?
also im fine with exercising to loose weight i just want to know the most effective
way and excercises to perform to loose it?
any diet or food advice ? does water help ? …
anything you could give me would be much appreciated.
