What is the easist way to loose belly fat and “thunder thighs”?
I work out, cardio & weights but can’t seem to loose the belly fat or thunder thighs.

Jumping rope.
I am dead serious. Jumping rope targets various ‘problem’ areas and will be sure to make your thighs smaller and flatten your tummy.
It’s extremely easy for someone to jump about 200 skips per day if they do 100 a bit before breakfast, and another 100 about 2 hours or so after dinner.
Not only is jumping rope fun, I personally, found it easier to commit to than getting up, getting into sweat pants and jogging into the great beyond [a.k.a my neighborhood].

You may have to increase your activity -try adding 2 more workouts a week. Also, make sure you are adding strength training as well to make the muscles leaner and more toned! Cardio is great for burning calories but you need to stretch and tone as well.
try not eating cheetos
climb uphill or walk on slight hill. set ups and side bends are perfect and easy exercise to help reduce fat in these areas.it only takes 20 min everyday.but only hard thing is to adapt a habit to exercise
You can’t lose weight in a target area, you have to lose it all over with cardio (running, jogging, fast-paced stuff that makes you breathe hard). But leg lifts really work FAST to firm the thighs up, so when the fat gets burned off, you have a nice, toned, muscular thigh.
