What is the best way to loose weight from my thighs?
I don’t want to loose a great deal of weight, maybe just a few pounds. I’m naturally pear shaped and recently my jeans have been snugger than I’d like. I realise it’s difficult to loose weight from just my thighs, but this seems to be the only place i gain weight. So what would be the best forms of exercise to tone up my bum and thigh area, and maybe shift a couple of pounds in the process? Any help is much appreciated.

The best way would be to start lifting weights. Strict isolation work outs with low weight and high reps will build muscle in the area. 1lb of muscle is capable of burning an extra 25-35 calories PER day, so if you add some muscle, and hit the arobics and eat REALLY GOOD, you’ll get exactly what your wanting.
