I’m really wanting to loose some weight so can anyone tell me what is the best and fastest way to loose weight?

Try and have a healthy, low cal diet. Instead of some junk food, exchange with some health bars or granola bars. They are not as bad as they may seem. Low calories=lose weight.
Instead of just sitting around the house, try going for a run. If a long run isn’t possible in your case, work up to a good distance run. I mean anything is better than nothing in a run.
Try looking through the site i have posted. It gives you the best, healthy ways to lose weight. You should find a diet on there that fits your time and limitations.

Eat a healthy diet:
5 a day, lots of water, it flushes out toxins in the body,
healthy snacks, instead of chocolate
exersise for at least half an hour a day, preferably 1/2 hour of cardio and 1/2hour areobic (can include swimming)
and swimming is one of the best ways of staying toned and it is really good for u and burns clas.
usually is no quick fix.. but if you’re not too fickle and can live without it; a vegetarian or vegan diet will help you lose weight; in fact will make you even healthier as well .. good luck.. i’ll be starting this on the 1st of December myself – vegan that is.
Drink lots of water…
Skipping meals can make you put on weight funnily enough so avoid this, eat a large breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner, because most your bodys chemical changes happen while your sleeping you will lose weight and wont have to realise that your body is hungry until the morning
could also try some decent weight loss drinks like Promax Diet if your into that sort of thing?
