Cardio is short for Cardiovascular exercise. Meaning its good for your heart. It can be anything such as walking, running, jogging, or swimming. Anything that gets your heart rate up.
There is no way to target weight loss to a specific area. Just do some cardio for atleast 30 mins per day and watch what you eat. Plenty of fruits and veggies and only drink water. Go for about 1400 calories per day.
And no it’s not okay to stop eating. You will gain a ton of weight once you start eating again.
when you stop eating it slows your metabolism down what you need to do is go on a high fiber diet,dry beans and peas strawberries blueberries eat fruits and veggies lean mean perferably chicken turkey and fish, eat off a saucer and not a plate and the weight will come off,drink plenty of water,and quit eating at fast food resturants.
