I’m 18 and i weigh about 267 pounds, i’ve gone up 15 easily from the start of college, now i am really concerned about it and i want to loose it as fast as possible like anyone else. I know eat aot of protein and go work out alot, but what constitutes a healthy weight loss per week? 1-3 pounds? How can i loose alot without going over the healthy rate? Thanks, best awnser will be rewarded! :D
