crunches, running, don’t eat carbs after 7, limit your carbs and sugar throughout the day. lots and lots of water.
Run! Run, jog, run, jog, run, jog! This is the best way definitely. And lucky for the world, you don’t need to be a gym memeber to jog! It’s nicer to jog in the gym but if you can’t then it’s great because you can just go outside.
There are no quick and easy ways.You have to have patients and a good diet and exercise plan.There are a lot of videos on youtube that can help you.Good luck.
