What is a good way-diet to loose belly fat ?
See i wanna loose a little extra fat on my belly & i wanna loose it; quick ?

running is always the best or cardio. it burns a lot of fat. also do some ab exercises. like billy blank’s ab boot camp. it really works your abs(stomach) and i lost weight from doing this. ALL four parts, it’s really tiring after though. make sure you drink a LOT of water. at least 8 bottles a day. water actually helps you lose weight. eat healthy also. boiled eggs, salad, fruits, vegetables, etc. are great for you. instead of fried food try steamed. like if you want dumplings, eat the STEAMED ones not the fried. it makes a big difference. no soda, junk food, sugary, etc. limit your sweets.
