What is a good healthy weight loss breakfast?
I just decided that I am going to get down to a healthier weight so I was going to start with my breakfast and I was wondering what is a low fat, healthy, weight loss breakfast.

Take milk with low fat content and reduce sugar intake.
Low fat is not healthy. Eggs are the perfect food.
3 scrambled egg whites, very low in calories, no fat, and high in protein, so it should keep you going for a while. have it with toast, yogurt, fruit anything really with a coffee, tea, juice. its up to you really

I’m not saying this is the best but it’s what I have instead of eggs, bacon, toast etc. Liquefy the following in a blender: 1 banana, a piece of firm tofu about the size of an egg, 3T bran, 1T raw psyllium fiber, 1T flax seeds (soaked in water in a jar in the fridge), 3 or 4 frozen strawberries, a handful of frozen blueberries and 1/2 Cup of cranberry juice cut with 1/2 cup of water (to cut the sugar in the cranberry). I lost weight with this pretty well. I did a few other things like walking and cutting out some obvious snacks but the smoothie was a big contributing factor. I don’t feel hungry until noon. I get up at 5:00 AM.
I’d suggest trying it for a week and see how you feel.

Oatmeal, using traditional rolled oats or steel-cut oats. Cooked in a blend of water and skim milk, with some sliced banana.
After cooking, stir in some low-fat natural yoghurt & a few chopped nuts.
That way, you’ll be including in your breakfast meal a mix of protein, fibre & dairy foods . Studies have shown that these 3 items are beneficial for weight-loss.
Scrambled eggs with no salt or pepper! 2 pieces of bacon. Water. And a slice of tomato with no salt!
A glass of milk or chocolate milk and 20 almonds! The calcium and Vitamin E in these foods are great for your body, your metabolism and your energy level. They also keep you feeling full and awake until lunch time. I’ve been doing this for two months and I’ve lost 11 pounds. Of course, I try to walk a little every day and do a bit of yoga.
