What is a good and healthy way to loose weight?
I want to loose ten pounds this summer–I am doing lifeguarding, so I will get plenty of exercise. What should be my eating plan, though? I am a very healthy eater, but it doesn’t make me loose weight–it makes me maintain my weight. Is becoming a vegetarian a good choice? I want the weight to stay off.

well if your looking for a meal plan you can always go vegetarian or for a week just go vegan that means no meat or animal produce (cheese and all that shit) when you go vegan your calorie intake will go down and you will have exercised more calories than you have eaten which means weight loss. for the rest of summer eat mostly vegetables but of course to have a healthy lifestyle you NEED meat for protein but eat lean and be very calorie conscious. good luck!
