Nothing.
Targetted weight loss is quite hard, many would state impossible, however I lost a few inches from my waistline by following the instruction on the web portal in the box below. Give it a try, their information is very sensible!
All the doctors and dieticians say targeted weight loss is not feasible, specifically in the waist and belly areas, but I managed it with acai berry. I realize they say that pills won’t work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on CBS News too. There is a free trial going on at the moment at http://pilesn.momentumfitness.info , why not check it out, what have you got to lose?
I find that when it comes to eating meats, it’s better to eat lighter meats like poultry and fish.
Try to eat light meals, but eat your biggest meal at the start of the day, and smallest at the end. And eat small snacks between meals, so you don’t overeat. Um, lot’s of veggies help, ’cause they basically have no calories. Fruit too. That way, when you exercise, you don’t have to worry about burning the calories you consumed that day, AND burning fat. You can worry more about burning fat!

Hi Kate ,I’ve compiled 5 simple steps for you
Step 1
Eat the right kind of carbohydrates. This includes whole grains, fruits and vegetables and excludes processed sugars.
Step 2
Follow a well-balanced diet. Include all the food groups, focus on natural products and stay away from processed food as much as possible.
Step 3
Train your body with strength training activities. Adding muscle tone will help you perform all daily activities as well.
Step 4
Walk or do other more vigorous cardio activities at least five days a week for twenty to thirty minutes. Heart health will also benefit from cardiovascular training as an added bonus!
Step 5
Lose weight. This may seem obvious and following the other steps will assist you with this, but after losing the belly fat, you must continue losing weight to maintain your healthy body.
Eat natural sugars only (fruit). Apples are recommended. This means no soda or candy or cake.
Eat a lot of monounsaturated fats. You need good fats if you want to lose fat.
Eat only complex carbs found in wheat and pastas.
You also need to drink only water as your beverage and exercise everyday for at least 30 mins. You need to do ab workouts every OTHER day, which means work on your ab one day, and skip a day — then repeat.
Lastly – vitamins. When you’re trying really hard to lose belly fat, you need to take vitamins because you will probably give yourself malnutrition by accident.
Sorry if it sounds complicated, but it’s the only way.
