What are some affective ways to loose weight?
I really want to loose some weight i don’t care if it’s unhealthy please just tell me and be nice.
I am in the healthy weight range for my height and age i am 16 my BMI is 18.4 i weigh 132 pounds and i am 5.11 feet tall but i really want to loose a little bit of weight then loose some more weight.
