The best way to loose weight when your mam only buys unhealthy food and dvd work outs arent working ?
I need to loose weight and dvd workouts do not work and my mam only buys unhealthy foods. She wont buy any healthy food even when i ask her because she doesnt think i need to loose weight.So what could i do ?
