What is the fastest way to loose belly fat?
I want to know the fast way, literally the fastest way, to loose belly fat.
I don’t have an exercise equipment like treadmills or weights or anything like that. So all the exercise I do would have to be without any equipment.
I do have a trampoline (if that would help?) and I’m getting a pool soon. Oh and I’ve got a big garden.
What would be the best way?

Here is my problem. I wanna build muscle and loose a little fat. The only fat I want to get rid of is around my midsection. I’ve been doing cardio/weights every other day and have been loosing weight everywhere, and don’t really like it. My face looks slimmer, almost too slim. Is there a way to just loose fat in the stomach area? Crunches alone don’t do it. That would just build muscle underneath the flab.

I want to loose my belly fat and man titties. whats the fastest way to do it? Also I dont really like walking or running for a long period of time because my anckles hurt. Also what type of food should I eat? Sandwhiches, steak, milk chicken, cerial, bacon, eggs, bread is that stuff good?
Also im 210 pounds and 6 feet tall. I probely have at least 30 pounds of fat. Lastly I will be curling weights too.
