I have been using the Weight Watchers Points Plus Program.
I have lost nearly 50lbs.
I have the weight LOSS system down.
I need suggestions on how to maintain the weight and keep myself from gaining weight back.

I have just started going to the gym.
I will be starting up my Bikram Yoga again soon as well.

How does birth control affect weight loss?

I have been on a strict weight loss program. I eat generally healthy and go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week and about three times with a personal trainer.
However, soon I am planning on getting into birth control pills. I have been told that your hormones go crazy with the pills… Would this affect my weight loss? I know it reacts differently with each woman… but what are the possibilities?

I’ve been trying to lose weight recently. I’ve been really healthy, drinking a lot of water, eating healthy and doing excercise, but my weight never goes down it just stays the same. So i considered weight loss pills. Is it true that after you stop taking them you’ll put on weight like crazy? Are they bad for you? I just want to know if its true that you gain weight when you stop taking them, as i dont want to be taking them for the rest of my life. Any info on this would be great. Thanks!

If I exercise more calories than I eat, would I loose weight even though I do not sweat much? I was told that the only way for your body to loose weight is to sweat it off but if you consume less calories than you use, wouldn’t you still loose weight? I am trying to limit my calorie intake. I really want to loose 30 pounds. I want to be fitter by August. But I don’t know if that is possible. I would like to loose 60 pounds to reach my goal weight, but I know that is DEF not possible by August LOL

How do you loose belly fat?

I need to loose 15-20lbs by spring (hoping April). What is the best diet, not Atkins please I do need my carbs here and there! I have been researching different options of weight loss centers(Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, LA Weight Loss) They are all quite expensive. Weight Watchers being the least. Does anyone know of any that do not cost too much money but are still effective and provide support?

Weight loss??????

I’ve decided I’d like to lose ten or so pounds before summer comes, and I’m wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks or secrets I could use. I can take weight loss pills from http://www.weightlossdietpillz.com/ but due to medications I take for epilepsy, and I can’t afford any of those fad diets like LA Weight Loss (though I know from experience that plan really works well) or Weight Watchers. I exercise twice a day, once in the morning and once at night after dinner. Any tips or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.
