I am 20 years old. 5’1 and 122 lbs. I have recently gained this weight. I used to be around 105lbs. I am planning to go on a juice diet as well as an exercise plan put to speed up this process. I want to substitute a weight loss product or a fat burner…hydroxy cut… I want to get back to my old weight this month. Please tell me what will be the best product for my plan.

I have been using the Weight Watchers Points Plus Program.
I have lost nearly 50lbs.
I have the weight LOSS system down.
I need suggestions on how to maintain the weight and keep myself from gaining weight back.
I have just started going to the gym.
I will be starting up my Bikram Yoga again soon as well.
Anything further would be appreciated.

Even though I wouldn’t mind building up some muscle, my main objective is fast weight loss. Which of the exercising tools are best – treadmill or elliptical or cycling machine?

I’m starting my weight loss plan and of course, I would like to know how much weight did I lose after 2 weeks and how my body changed. But I don’t know what to measure(legs and arms probably) except my weight. I heard that you need to measure your neck too. Is this true and If it is, why? And when do I need to measure myself? 1 week, 2 weeks, …? And is there anything else I need to know about measuring?

I am currently trying to lose weight and I was wondering what foods can and will help me with weight loss. I I am trying to lose weight I gained from an injury I am still suffering from. I am 5′ 5" tall, weight 188lbs, and need to loose 35lbs for a cage fight! I will get murdered in my heavy weight class now, so need to loose a bunch! And gain stamina! And the workouts need to be based around fighting!

I’ve been trying to lose weight recently. I’ve been really healthy, drinking a lot of water, eating healthy and doing excercise, but my weight never goes down it just stays the same. So i considered weight loss pills. Is it true that after you stop taking them you’ll put on weight like crazy? Are they bad for you? I just want to know if its true that you gain weight when you stop taking them, as i dont want to be taking them for the rest of my life. Any info on this would be great. Thanks!

If I exercise more calories than I eat, would I loose weight even though I do not sweat much? I was told that the only way for your body to loose weight is to sweat it off but if you consume less calories than you use, wouldn’t you still loose weight? I am trying to limit my calorie intake. Everyone seems to say the same thing about weight loss; reduce calories, exercise more. Then why not starve yourself? Then there is NO calories. Wouldn’t that make the most sense? Wouldn’t the body use up its fat reserves quicker?
