How to loose weight on the stomach, side and thighs. Im 16 years of age and Im slightly unhappy with my body shape, i weight 65kg and feel fat. I want to loose belly fat and the side fat as it enlarges my dress size. I would like to be a helthy size 8 and Im 10-12 atm, Can you please suggest tips and workouts?

Well I am about 115 pounds but I am pretty skinny, my friends tell me it’s cause I’m really tall for my age. I started growing belly fat about 2 months ago and I really hate it. It sticks out of my shirt and it looks weird. Is there special exercises to loose belly fat? Also is there ways to loose leg fat too? I started growing that at around the same time as the belly fat and it giggles. Please help!

I just wonder if you could help me. I’m 20 years old and im 5”00 and 120 pounds. Well, it’s a healthy weight but my belly is kind of big (or near) and I’m not comfortable with that. I’m curious and no where I seem to look has any source of an answer, but do you think it’s possible to loose belly fat just by sweating? Not doing exercises or anything, but just being under a blanket when it’s warm, and not eating too much junk food during the day. If you keep this as a cretin routine do you think it would burn belly fat? I’m going to put it to the test but I’d still like to see what you think of it.

How do I get past this weight loss plateau?

I lost 15lbs over the course of the last 3 months averagin 1-1 1/2 lbs lost. I am 5’5" and I am now down to 142 lbs. I still want to lose another 15 lbs (is this okay?).
I have tried eating whatever I want to jumpstart my weight loss but that did not work. Currently I am on a semi-low-carb diet. I have to have some carbs because I get too dizzy. I also work out 3-4 times a week. Cardio for 1/2 hr and then strenghening exercises.
How can I get past this weight loss?
The scale hasn’t budged from 142lbs in 3 weeks.

I am 15 and I want to loose weight in my stomach and thighs. I am 5’8 and about 173 lbs. I eat a lot of fruit and vegtables and also drink a lot of water, Liptons green tea and cranberry juice. Am I over weight. I want to loose about 20lbs. What are some exercises that I can do?
I would do squats but I don’t know how to do them correctly.
I don’t want to hear anything about calories because I don’t know anything about counting calories. Nor do I want to hear somthing about crunches or sit ups because they dont help. And walking has just made my calves big.
I already eat salads and what I meant to say was that running made my calves big.

I take ballet lessons and contemporary dance. I’m also a cheerleader, volleyball player during winter and participate in a lot of other activities.
It seems that i should have no problem losing weight. I appear thin to anyone else but in the dance world that’s not the case. I’m 5’7 almost 5’8 and i need to loose about 15 lbs.
Any ideas on how i can loose weight (with exercises certain diets?).
