Simple answer: Diet & Exercise (including cardio)
Cardio exercises are the best way to lose fat on any part of your body. You need to run, walk or do elliptical exercises. Also do crunches, and other abdominal exercises to ensure that you’re losing it around the belly area. Good luck to your cousin!
does all the boucning,jotling,shaking etc that comes from jogging possible kil brain cells, or is bad forthe brain?
im 17, ran for yearsuusally dont wear shoes, and on asphalt (yes,yes, i know, nails. i asked about the brain, not the feet. my feet are conditioned and harded from a burning incident wheni was younger, doctor confirms. drawbacks? it hurt)
and how about chewing ice, for the same reason?
