Loose weight?
I have a 4 month old and I have recently started walking (since it has been good weather here lately). I wanted to know what other kind of exercises have ya’ll done to loose the weight after having a baby.

Cardio is really good, so keep up the walking. However, lifting weights burns calories 24/7, and cardio does not. I would also get some light weights and use those at least 3-4 days a week.
Yoga’s great too!
I have a 5mth old daughter and am doing the baby weight loss thing too (it sucks).
I eat a low carb/sugar diet and walk 2 miles a day and its working wonders! I feel good and am dropping weight fast.
I only gained 19lbs with my pregnancy and since having her in November I’ve lost 36lbs.
I also dance around the house with my baby in my arms to strengthen my back and arms and she loves it!
cutting back on cals, watch what you are drinking those liqued cals really can add up.get atleast 30 minutes of some type of exercise daily.
