Is it possible to loose fat belly with sprinting,skipping everyday for about 1 hcour?And how long it will take?
I have belly fat but when i contract my stomach muscles everything is flat but it worries me when i don’t contract it.
I weigh 141 p and height 5’7 17 years old.
Never had this problem before due to my fast metabolism but now i have it…
When is the best time?What exercises you have done?How long does it take?

Of course its possible. The time: just as soon as you are drenched in sweat its the time to stop. Keep Hydrated. Drinking lots of water will make it go faster since it doesn’t contain calories.
