How to loose weight with a busy schedule and with extremely bad discipline?
I am 14 and don’t think I am fat but COULD loose a bit of weight and get fitter. I need some exercises and foods that can help with this. I am always busy after school and when I am free, I am feel to lazy to go for a run or walk.
Any tips would be great!

I started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 119lbs
A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE
You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time
Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
Write down every thing you eat
Take a multi vitamin at night
The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more, the difficulties arise when we in reality aim to put that into operation! There are lots of stumbling blocks in the big wide world aren’t there?! The sole method which definitely showed results for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a few free trials left, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I melted away 20 pounds, it definitely does produce success!
Good for you admitting that you aren’t very motivated. Most people just say "Oh I’m so busy, I really WANT to exercise but I just can’t find the time". Even busy people can find the time…but it’s perfectly normal to just want to lie around when you’ve got some free time. It’s one of life’s joys!
BUT – you need to get moving. For your health, your looks, your mental well-being. It feels fantastic and gives you a new lease on life. Start with something you love – dancing, even just 10 minutes to your ipod? Or walking the dog, or with a friend. When you’re watching TV try to do some push ups and crunches and lift some hand weights. Just get into it a little, you’ll see results in a few weeks and then you’ll have motivation to do more.
Foodwise you shouldn’t be restricting yourself. Try to choose the healthier option where possible, drink water (not soda) and have a little junk – just in moderation. Try to say "no" to bad foods sometimes.
You can do it!!!
