I am a guy approaching my 30′s. I am not skinny by no means. I am average everywhere except for my belly. All of my weight is there. I am considered overweight for my physical size. What is the best way to loose belly fat? I only eat on average 2 meals a day. I exercise 3 times a week, but i cannot loose any size in my stomach area. Why do most overweight guys always have the fat in their stomach area? Is it a genetic thing or maybe caused by stress. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
