How to loose belly fat or clean your system out?
does anybody have any idea on loosing belly fat, I am excercing and drinking water and doing what I’m suppose to but I need to step it up some I’m going to Cali in Oct and I want to loose as much as I can before then.

Bananas and hot unsweetened tea for breakfast, two cans of tuna plain with crackers for lunch, and a healthy dinner of your choice. Eat your last meal 4-5 hours before you go to bed and drink plenty of water. No junk food whatsoever! Another thing, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water right before you go to bed works miracles for your skin and energy levels the next day.
Any kind of exercise is good for you, especially walking.
I did this for 3-4 months after I had my last child and lost 35 pounds. Also, I’m not drooping or sagging anywhere (that’s what exercise is for).
drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.
eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs are also good when trying to lose weight.
skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.
if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.
cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!
and don’t forget to exercise!
try jogging in place, jump rope, dancing, and hand weights. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.
