How to loose belly fat for endomorph body type?
I’m 14 and I have an endomorph body type. I look very skinny, but I have lots of fat and the stomach and chest. I’m 6’1 and 160 pounds. Any tips on exercises and diets?

Endomorphs have a sluggish metabolism, gain weight easily and have to work hard to lose body fat. you should combine intense cardio along with a moderate weight-training program to see maximum results.And also:
walking
cycling
elliptical training
jumping rope
leg lifts and dips
push ups, chin ups, and shoulder presses
