How to loose belly fat and thigh fat and love handels?
So i wanna loose between 20-30 pounds. My main problems are fat top thighs and stomach fat and love handles. I cannot run because my ashma is too bad. I want simple excercies to do at home, Any suggestions? Please and thank you .

Different techniques work for different people. Cardio is a great place to start (jogging/running), but it isn’t the only thing you should be doing. The person below me mentioned squats and lungers, those can be good too.
For an alternative to cardio, there’s a pretty cool program out there called ‘The Truth About Abs’, my cousin put me on to it.
