First off, you need a good diet, dont starve yourself though, but be aware of what you eat. Good ab workouts along with cardio (running), are good to tone up the stomach area. Worked for me!
Everyone has a trouble spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there’s only one solution for all of these problems is because it’s impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.
When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.
The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs. your best bet is to do push ups and sit ups as well. I recommend starting with 50 of each every day and then after the first week to move to 100 of each. You will see a massive change in just a couple of weeks. Protein shakes are great as well and will mean that you see a difference even faster I recommend maxim muscle and have a shake just before and after you go to the gym.

Easiest way to lose fat is to exercise and eat properly. (Cut back on red meats and fatty foods, candy and what not.)
Honestly, I don’t think there’s a ‘quick’ way to get a 6 pack.
I currently have a lack-luster 6-pack because of the summer and what not, but during wrestling season when I have practice everyday and hit the gym 3-4 times a week I have ‘em full force.
It’ll eb easy for you to lose the belly fat, the abs all I can recomend is lots of abdomable excersises, like crunches and what not.
There are three essential components to acquiring a six-pack:
1) Build abdominal muslce
2) Cardiovascular training
3) Eat correctly
Building the muscle is your six-pack, but it won’t show with a layer of fat over it. Eating correctly minimizes the fat added to your abs, and cardio training speeds everything up.
-Cardio burns calories both while you run and over the following two hours; that’s why if you’re going for a six-pack specifically, you’ll want cardio in comparison to sprinting.
-Eating correctly can be more detailed. It means eating less (consuming less calories) daily and eating at the correct times. You’ll want less calories, and have several small meals instead of a few large meals. This will keep your metabolism going most of the day. Also, as a rule of thumb, don’t eat after 7:00 (pending on when you go to bed).
-To build ab muscles, do some sit-ups and oblique sit-ups.
Hope that helps; good luck.
do a lot of cardio to burn fat.
you cannot spot reduce. swimming, running,
biking are some examples of cardio.
if you just do situps, crunches w/o cardio
your stomach will just bulge more. Diet
is also important.
