Im 17 years old, 5’9" and I weigh 280. I have always been chubby since I was a child. I would love to loose weight and be healthy.What’s an easy fast way to loose weight?

You will be able to eat all the food you want [at least I found that I could] and still get down to your target weight. It is a simple matter of getting off the standard American diet and eating a plant-based diet that is rich in nutrient dense foods. The nutrient dense foods can be eaten without limitation but animal based foods must be limited and processed foods should be avoided or rarely eaten. Certain foods should be eaten everyday such as beans or legumes and grains and starches should be limited to one serving a day.

If you think it is too much to ask to make the total switch to this way of eating then get his book called Eat For Health which presents a 4 phase plan and gives you the option of stopping at any of the 4 phases because any of them would be healthier than the standard American diet.
