How long to loose belly fat?
Okay so i am 5’4 and 123lbs im not fat i just have that pouch on my belly every woman wants to loose, and my upper abs have a little fat on them, i just want toned abs, so if i run in place for 30 minutes every day, do ab exercises, and have 2-3 lean frozen meals, and drink lots of water, how long do people with experience say it’ll take to get some toned abs?

I weighed the exact same last summer and I only managed to get down to one 118. We’re the same height too. I drank only water and I had regular light meals. The main thing to do though is work everything not just your abs, work your arms, thighs, back, and legs as well. Even at 118 though I still have that pouch but every ones body is different.
