How does a teenage boy loose belly fat?
I am 5’7 and 140 lbs. i used to be 170 lbs until recently loosing weight. i still have a lot of belly fat. Any Tips

Run, swim, jump-rope off the fat. Watch your diet. Tighten your stomach up with ab exercises.
And congratulations on your weight loss thus far.
eat a lot of fruit and do a lot of sit ups when you combine the two it will make you loose weight rather than gain musle but if you waant to gain musle then eat some protien before a workout. Hope that helps
More exercise, lots of sit ups, jogging, bike riding, etc. same as everyone else. Less cheeseburgers, video games, net surfing, tv watching, etc.
Well if you want to take the drug route talk to your doc about adderall, makes you’re appetite go away.
If you want to do it the right way on top of exercising, you might consider eating more fiber, fiber makes you feel full faster so you don’t eat as much. Its all about diet man, consult a nutritionist. My sister is a nutritionist, I’d ask her for you but she ain’t her lol
Good for you on the weight loss. Cut out all high fructose corn syrup (read the labels), and hold in your gut when you do those pushups.
Soccer, racquetball, squash, basketball, and active sport that requires running and fast movements and drink tons of water, no pop or juice. The running, a good sweat and lots of water will drop the gigglies
