How do you loose belly or thigh fat with exercises, WITHOUT equipment!?
How do I loose some belly fat OR thigh fat? I mean like could you give me examples of what excercises to do, NOT INVOLVING equipment?

dont need any
a good diet and lots of cardio (running/jogging will work great)
You can do all those things you did in PE class as a kid.
Jumping jacks, puush-ups, crunches, sit-ups.
and Running/jogging/walking are great also!
if you have a dog that’s always a good motivation for a walk or jog!
