How do you loose belly fat in the upper part of your stomach?
I have lost 25 lbs. and 25 inches in about 4 months but it seems that the fat across my stomach at my rib cage just won’t go away. The rest of my stomach has pretty much flattened out. I’m small across my hip and lower stomach area ( size 2 – 4 jeans ). What exersises can I do? I already work EVERY muscle group in my body.
I do cardio for 40 min. at least 5 days a week as well as working every muscle group.

the only way you are going to lose that fat is by doing cardio at least 30 minutes a day. This melts the fat around the muscle and it will be more noticable. You should focus on cardio at first ..then focus on stomach excercises to build the muscle. you cant see any stomach muscle if it is hidden by fat and loose skin!
