How do I loose weight without spending money or having my parents find out?
I am a teen and want to loose some weight. How do I do it without spending money or havin my parents get supposous?

Don’t you think your parents are going to notice after a while? How much weight do you intend on losing? If it’s more than 10/20 pounds, I’d say they are going to notice… And if you are already thin, they’ll notice before that…
If you don’t want someone to find out you’re losing weight then surely its because you don’t need to?
If you really want to then I would recommend more exercise rather than a change in diet. Perhaps you could sign up for a sports class like karate or kick boxing?
Make sure you are in good health, see if you can see your doctor or his or her nurse. Check on your fat ratio and what you should weigh vs. height and activity. Teen years are so important for bones, height, hormones and emotional well-being. Easy for system to go out of wack by not having enough nutrients, like iron, calcium, vit. D3, magnesium and potassium for heart, lysine for eyes, fiber and less sodas & more water. A good doctor’s diet is stay away from whites: sugar, corn syrup products, white bread, cakes, ice cream, genetically engineered foods. Organic is good, but you can get a lot of good food that has been flash frozen. Fresh, check for bugs, especially if organic, they like strawberries as much as you. We like whole-wheat pita pizzas with fresh veggies, cheese & mushrooms (cut in half & use toaster oven), exception is yogurts with the good bacteria. We stay away from nitrates from regular sausage, peperoni, baloney, etc. We do buy turkey sausage (fresh) & use very little for stirfry italian dishes using wild rice or brown. We stuff tomatoes, make eggplant (meat-like) balls with whole wheat pasta. Lots of salads with homemade lemon sauce. Just removing a lot of carbs and sugars does wonders. And you body will want more, so break up meals to 4 to 6 small ones a day. You can get great vegetarian ideas on line, also gluten-free products are good. Make sure if you use corn it isn’t GM. These things are great for whole family, a healthy diet for all, including diabetics, so it will not look like a quick and easy diet that can wreck your health. It does work. My niece is losing a pound a week, for a teen the doc says is good. She is trying to lose 22 pounds. Slow is good, add walking and swimming, both will get the calories burning. Playing softball or soccer, even bowling can do wonders. So does dancing. Check for great recipes on line and see what your mother has. Using lemon and oranges for flavor does wonder for recipes. Making hearty soups from fresh veggies is good too. If you want to cook, try baking your own whole wheat breads, quick breads and even muffins. Do check with your doctor before you start and have a baseline for your blood chemistry and overall health. You don’t want to end up so tired you don’t want to get out of bed.
Ok so I lost a great deal of weight i went from 198 pounds to 125 and I’m around 5′6 … I have never felt better and looked as amazing as I do now I’m a size 2 in jeans and xsmall- or small in shirts and trust me it’s great.I didn’t spend any money and no one knew..but how did i do it? Now this is not good and it caused me a bit of health problems .. and in no way do I think it’s ok for others to do it because its not healthy. but here it goes.. I stopped eating ..not completly at first .. I was eating just one meal a day and absolutely no sodas or juice or anything… except for water or diet sprite. then i started only eating lettuce or salads also one a day no snacks no nothing i would not eat all day until about 5pm and that was my only meal if you do that you can loose up to 1-2 pounds a day..but i wasn’t happy soooo I tried not eating a whole day and then another and then a week and then i had to eat cause i was too weak …and what i’m trying to say is eat healthy change your bad habits don’t eat fast food.. do check calories but do NOT STARVE! I struggled with anorexia and I’m finally bettering myselve …so don’t let weight become an obseesion just ..control yourself!
