How do I loose weight for dance, while maintaining my health?
I take ballet lessons and contemporary dance. I’m also a cheerleader, volleyball player during winter and participate in a lot of other activities.
It seems that i should have no problem losing weight. I appear thin to anyone else but in the dance world that’s not the case. I’m 5′7 almost 5′8 and i need to loose about 15 lbs.
Any ideas on how i can loose weight (with exercises certain diets?).

it seems your metabolism is quite slow.
This is a genetic thing that cannot be changed (metabolism is the rate your body absorbs fat). The simple way to loose weight healthily and quickly is to have a class of tomato/lemon juice in the morning before your go fo your daily exercise to kick start your metabolism!
Also watching what you eat can have a huge effect. You do not have to diet to eat healthy! instead of eating chocolate, eat a piece of fruit, simple changes like this can gave a huge impact on your weight and you will generally feel better.
eat really healthy foods! and also try to get as much exercise as you can. go to the gym every once in a while take walks. i do sit ups some times to strengthen my core, and it also helps you lose Weight. but like i said what you eat really has alot to to with your weight, so try to stay away from junk foods.
