How do I loose some weight before graduation?
I have weight I want to loose, like 3kg maybe?
I don’t need to loose much, because this is only for graduation.
I hope that someone can help me to loose weight but I don’t want to include anything that involves too much time.

Just cut down on processed sugar & processed carbs…Eat as natural as possible.
Exercise & drink lots of water.
Those meal replacer shakes and half hr exercise a day like skipping rope. You can do it before school in the morning.Or just replace your dinner meal and eat healthy all day.
It’s "lose" not " loose". A dress is loose.

My friend having my thyroid checked next Tuesday, together with a full blood test and a visit to the gynecologist (I had scheduled it for past Monday, but with my period arriving late he had to cancel).
he is still walking on clouds after submitting my thesis and all supporting materials (I did that on Thursday). There are more dinners and parties organized this weekend, and he know he will have an even better time than last weekend, because I’m much more rested and relaxed.
