How do i loose belly fat only?
i have belly fat and love handles i think that what their called.
and i don’t wanna loose my thighs or anything els just belly fat how can i do this?

You don’t get to pick. When you create a calorie deficit, fat gets used up from all over.
Only way to target specific areas is liposuction.
You are referring to spot-reducing. Spot-reducing is impossible. When you lose body-fat, your body decides where it will come from. Generally, it comes from all over your body at once. If you’ve ever noticed someone who has lost a lot of weight, you first notice it in their face – not their stomach!
Your body doesn’t work that way; you will not be able to lose fat in only a certain area because it’s lost all over. Plus you don’t want to keep fat on your legs anyway…what you want to do it TONE them. That you can do to certain areas of your body. I would recommend you do lots of running because you are both losing weight and building muscle in your legs at the same time. I promise you if you do that you will notice your legs looking better than you already think they look right now! Not to mention your body overall will look and feel better.
(and btw it’s not your body that "choses" where fat is lost first…you’re losing an overall percentage of body fat. The face can just be the first thing you notice weight loss from because the rest is covered by clothing)
Sit ups, or lower body workout cardio.
