how do i loose belly fat and flatten it?
if i like do 235 crunches everyday for 3 weeks, 21 days, will i flatten my stomache and loose belly fat

Cardio! You can do 2,000 crunches a day, but it will not flatten you stomach if the fat is still there. The best way to burn belly fat is LOTS of Cardio and resistance training. Some of the best ways of slimming down is through interval training. For example: Do 10 miuntes of biking, then 10 minutes of walking, then 10 minutes of running. The key is to challenge your muscles.
well pilates and biking are also very good for burning fat and making your abs strong/flattening your stomach! bec they are aerobic excercises- plus eat healthy!

I’ve done 240 crunches each day for the past three days and i haven’t noticed a differance sooo yeah but, i am doing the same thing so good luck!

Defo, just don’t eat too much
and the weight will fall off.
I use a hula hoop three times a week for 15min and you can really feel the burn in your stomach.
if you go on google and search excersize moves to flatten stomache or somethings like that im sure therell b some wesite with moves you can do that are more effective than just sit ups.
I did this before a trip to the beach and it really helped. It also strenghened my abs so I could suck in the last of the chub for a long time. Good Luck.
Well you can do 10000 crunches in a day, and it wont make your stomach perfect.
Try to do 30 crunches a night, than notch it up to 60 etc etc.
Look around if there is a gym by you. They have certain machines/exercise balls for lower stomach/upper/abdominal muscles. I recommend Golds Gym. Also if you cant go to a gym, try and go and out and jog for about 15 minutes or jump-rope etc etc. Every bit counts!
