Well, there’s bad news and there’s good news.
The bad news is that you can’t "lose belly fat." Your genetics and your body composition will determine where you body burns fat. Eventually, it will come from your belly, but that may not be the first place you lose it.
Next, the good news. Burning fat is simple math, and simple science. All you need to do is burn more calories than you take in. Now, when you start doing the math, you look at your diet and say, well, today I only ate 1500 calories. Then, I got on the elliptical, and I worked my butt of, and I burned…400 calories? There’s no way I could burn more than 1500….Well, your body is burning calories all day long, so you dont’ have to burn more than you eat with exercise. Search the web for a BMR calculator. This will give you a rough estimate of how many calories you burn during the day. Try to eat about 500 less than that. Add in 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and you’ll be burning fat at a pretty good pace.
As for the 2 months thing, I’m going to give you a realistic picture here. A healthy weight loss pace is somewhere around 2-2.5lbs per week. So, over two months, you can lose between 16-20lbs on average.
Do lots of Cardio, like running out side/ biking/ mountain climbing.
Also, do crunches/sit ups when you have free time.
You going to have to devote your Whole life to getting rid of it.
do cardio and avoid sugars, white bread, potatoes. white rice and fat foods. These foods make your belly fat.
