Actually, you don’t have to diet in fact in order to lose weight, I learned this at the web resource in the box below, they have loads of guidance, I lost 10 pounds by following their techniques.
Hi,
I have P90X as well but I actually want to get toner. If you’re doing it than you are going to lose weight because muscles weighs less and since you don’t have that much fat all of it is going to turn into muscle. I suggest instead of doing the program since you don’t really need it, is to start lifting weight then your muscle will get bigger making you look toner since you don’t have any fat. The P90X will make you shredd any fat that you have so you don’t really want that unless you are fat. I suggest checking out some tips as well on my source.
I have tried every diet in the book but nothing worked as well as colon cleanse. I know they say that pills will not work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too. There is a free trial on right now at http://donons.yourweightlossonline.info , why not try it, what’s the worst that could happen?
no diet. just eat. proteins are best!
drink ensure plus if you are having trouble maintaining/gaining weight.
If you are already skinny, you won’t lose weight. You will add muscle mass if you follow the diet, and chances are you will put on some weight.
It’s marketed as a weight loss program because thats what it does for people who are overweight (which a majority of americans are) – If your body type is "skinny" you don’t have much weight (fat) to lose, and more than likely put on a few pounds.

Craig is right. P90X (http://bit.ly/p90xdvds) is marketed is a weight loss program because that is what most people need but the reality is you it can be very effective for people who do NOT want to lose weight. It’s all about consuming more calories, getting enough quality protein and lifting HEAVY. Tony Horton tells you many times during P90X that for size you need to chose a weight that makes you struggle to get 8 reps. When you can get more than 8 reps, its time to bump up the weight. Nutriton is the key. Use the diet guide that is included with P90X to set the framework for your nutrtion and then add 500 calories spread out throughout the day and continue to adjust accordingly. Good luck and eat clean but eat big.
