Either eat only a small portion of the meal or find out the nutritional information in the food you are eating so you can choose healthier menu items. And another consideration is that you might want to (politely) tell your parents that you feel for the sake of your health you need to change the way you eat.
Eat half of what you order and save the rest for the next day.
Order an appetizer instead of a meal.
Get soup and salad instead of a meal.
Order your main dish with veggies for a side (no fries or other unhealthy choices).
Drink water, not soda.
And EXERCISE. That will help balance out those other choices, as will eating better for your other meals.
you only eat fast food when u eat out….? well there’s always salad and stuff so get whatever food they have with the least calories

just because your mother decides not to cook doesn’t mean you can’t cook for your family so you dont have to go out.
If you must go out, why don’t you suggest a place where you can eat a bit healthier than a fast food place .
Stair climbing
If you have a staircase at home, you can get a great workout by simply climbing the stairs. To start, step up onto the first stair, and then back down. Repeat this move on the first stair ten times. Then walk up the first two stairs, and then back down. Repeat this ten times. You will definitely feel the burn by the end of this step routine. If you feel winded or dizzy, start slow. Stick with the first three stairs, and gradually build up your endurance over the weeks and months to come.
Laundry lifts
A laundry basket full of clothes can be more than a household chore .It can also serve as an arm exercise apparatus. Hold the basket above your head, and lift upwards and back down. Do this at least three times. If it is too heavy for you, all you have to do is take out some clothes. This exercise will work your shoulders, upper arms and upper back muscles. Vary this workout by lying flat on your back, and lifting the basket up and down from your chest.
Commercial break exercise
If you are a couch potato, then commercial break exercise bursts are right for you. When a commercial comes on, get up for a burst of intense exercise. Do some sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, or crunches. Get your heart rate up. When the show comes back, you can go back to it. Continue the cycle throughout your shows.
Rolling chair presses
If you have an office chair with wheels then you can do some arm workouts right at your desk. Just hold onto the edge of your desk while you are seated in the chair, and use your arm muscles to pull yourself close to the desk, and then push yourself back away. This will work your biceps.
Marching dishes
Life is busy, so try to multi-task if you don’t have time to fit in a proper workout. When you are stuck in front of the sink doing dishes, march in place. You should try to incorporate exercise into your daily tasks whenever possible.
Walking is a fantastic form of cardiovascular exercise. By walking either outside or on a treadmill a few times a week for 30 minutes a day, you can strengthen the heart. There has also been a lot of talk about the 10,000 steps a day method. The belief is if you can manage to walk 10,000 steps each day, your body will get a good workout. Pedometers can be purchased inexpensively to count the number of steps.
Running/Jogging is another fantastic form of cardiovascular exercise, running gives your heart a great workout. By running 3-4 times a week, you can increase the health of your cardiovascular system tremendously.
Martial Arts like, Karate, Ju Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing and other forms of martial arts give the body a great work out and teach important skills such as self defense and self esteem.
Kids know fun when they see it and jumping rope or jumping on a trampoline is a great form of exercise for grownups as well. Another activity that kids love that is a fantastic total body workout that is very low impact is swimming. So put on your swimsuit and take a few laps around the pool.
Although many types of exercises are aerobic, aerobics refers to a routine of exercises often done to music. In the 1980′s the fitness world went crazy with aerobics classes, inspired by Jane Fonda, and although the routines have varied since then, they are still a popular form of exercise.
Yoga, a Middle Eastern meditative exercise targets the body and the mind. Adding a class or two a week can benefit any exercise program. Another mind/body workout is Pilates. This form of exercise offers a series of controlled movements to strengthen muscles while not building bulk.
STRENGTH/CONDITIONING EXERCISE
Weight training targets specific muscle groups to tone and strengthen them. This can be done either by using free weights or by working with machines. Weight training is an important part of a varied exercise routine, especially if loosing weight is a goal. As muscles become stronger they increase your metabolism and this helps the body to burn more fat.
Floor exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, stretching, leg lifts and other exercises that are done on the floor with no additional equipment can target specific muscles and can be done just about anywhere.
Cardiovascular machines, treadmills, elliptical machines, stair climbers, rowing machines, and stationary bicycles all are designed to increase the heart rate and strengthen the heart muscle while burning calories. Many of these machines also target specific muscle groups. Elliptical machines and stair climbers workout the muscles in the leg and butt, while rowing machines give the arms a great workout.
Lean day at McDonalds:
Breakfast – Egg McMuffin, hold the cheese please. Drink BIG light lemonade
Lunch – Premium Grilled Chix Sand – hold the mayo. NO FRENCH FRIES. Diet Coke
Dinner – Any salad – best if grilled chix, not "crispy" – add SKIM milk.
In all seriousness, if this was all you ate, you can expect to LOSE weight.
