How can I loose weight and avoid breast sagging?
I’ve read that when a woman gains and looses weight it can affect the pertness of her breasts. I want to loose 10 – 12 pounds (4.5 – 5 kilos) whilst minimizing the risk of breast sag. How can I do this safely?

Do lots of weightlifting as part of your exercise regime. The more muscle you have, the firmer and shaplier you will look. It’s lack of muscle that makes you fat and saggy.
Hey, I used this brand new supplement from http://pudeks.easynutritiondiet.info. They have a risk free trial on currently. What it does, is clean out your insides, there will be as much as 20 lbs in there, and no degree of dieting and exercise is likely to rid you of it. Give it a try out – I did, and lost 17 lbs LOL!!!
Be careful when doing cardio… and wear a sports bra!!
Make sure you do weights as that is the key to fat loss and ensure you do include chest work.
If the muscles are firm underneath you will look less saggy!!
I’m going to guess fasting.

I can’t remember where specifically, but when i was researching other peoples experiences, an middle aged women went on a prolonged juice or water fast for a month or so.
She lost a lot of weight and I think i remember her saying her breasts got petite (tissue gets recycled during fasts).
If you go for an extremely long fast and go from point *A (starting) to point *B where you are skinny, and you’re digestive system starts up again and you actually become hungry, should be the healthiest length to go on a fast. But I’ve never fasted long enough for that to happen.
After you begin eating again, you will go back to a normal weight. Just don’t binge eat. Your body will have a normal metabolism. People gain weight back because they expect that they can binge eat and not lose weight, or at-least that’s the dream right? The human body isn’t meant to eat big plates of food at once.
