Here is my problem. I wanna build muscle and loose a little fat. The only fat I want to get rid of is around my midsection. I’ve been doing cardio/weights every other day and have been loosing weight everywhere, and don’t really like it. My face looks slimmer, almost too slim. Is there a way to just loose fat in the stomach area? Crunches alone don’t do it. That would just build muscle underneath the flab.
