How Can I loose muscle weight and body weight?
How can I use muscle weight or just muscle size or something because i’m 16 and I have big arms and I am a cheerleader and I am a flyer and it seems harder to lift me up so I really gutta loose weight. So how can I loose my HUGE arms sorta fast please! And.. How can I loose weight fast? Thankyoou!

if by big arms you mean flabby and fatty, then weight lifting is for you. go for tone, not bulk. you want to do a lot of reps of a low weight. this will give you smaller, more defined arms. use like 10 lb at the most.
Well Rachel, losing weight is all about choosing the right diet. Start your morning with a healthy breakfast; such as a nice bowl of Special K or some egg whites. For lunch, try to limit portions and try to watch what you eat, and for dinner watch your portions as well but you don’t want to under eat because when you cheer you burn off all the fat, and if you dont eat enough that day you’ll become sick. Also, if dieting isn’t really for you, try working out or running everyday.
