how can I loose belly fat without loosing anywhere else ? I only weigh 109lbs?
I am 42 years young 109lbs and 5″5 so I am pretty thin but would love to loose belly fat without loosing anywhere else.I dont have time to go to the gym so I am looking for something to do at home.Any suggestions?

You can’t “target” weight loss to a specific area. Your body uses fat from different areas in a particular order, and it’s different for each person. Haven’t you noticed that when you lose weight it disappears first in (for example) your face, then your butt, then your belly? And when you gain it back, it shows up in the reverse order?
The only way to lose weight, get fit and stay that way is the slow way – healthy diet and regular exercise.
You cant, unless you dont have any fat anywhere else. Last fat on, first fat off is general rule.
However by toning your tummy muscles, you can make that fat "hang" better.
6 inch leg raise, stomach crunch both safe exercises to start with, avoid restraining your feet whilst exercising tummy, may be disastrous for your back.

It is good that you have sought the help of Yoga to bring your body back into shape. While your practices and measure to eliminate excess weight or what you do is important, what you shouldn’t do is just as important.

Yogic Diet
This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian). This means plenty of raw foods – salads, sprouts and seasonal fruit – vegetable juices, dried fruits and loads of water.
Avoid potatoes, peas, chick peas, grams, peanuts, all non-veg fare, fried, fatty and spicy foods, junk / fast foods, packaged foodstuffs and confectionary products. Also keep away from milk and milk products such as cheeses and butter. But you may have plenty of diluted buttermilk prepared from skimmed milk. Avoid snacking between meals and, as mentioned before, never skip a meal.
Belly Fat is easy to lose if you know how. Firstly It is a fact that abs crunches and machinery are the LEAST effective workout Exercises known. Make sure you have decent rests between you exercises. Do sit ups from 5 to 10 minutes a day at home…
My big sister did that she used to eat normally but doing the sit ups at home and she got curved all over her body but had the sexiest flat stomach.
Also my friend she’s trying to gain weight and she does but keep on the sit up to lose the belly fat.
