The only thing doing situps will do is increase the size and endurance of your abdominal muscles, which will actually make your stomach look bigger.
Having a clean healthy diet is really the only way. Cardio won’t really do anything if your diet isn’t in check.
The body tends to lose fat in the same way that it gained it. For most people, they gained a gut before anything else, so it will also be the last and most stubborn bit of fat to lose.

do about 50-60 sit-ups a day and continue doing that. that makes you lose belly fay because work is being done on your belly so your muscles there are going to make you lose weight
I think that your routine sounds perfect. Maybe increase cardio to 45 minutes? And remember to eat raw fruits and vegetables, and don’t eat junk food. "Abs are made in the kitchen" (:
Targetted weight loss is quite tough, many people would say impossible, nevertheless the one method which clearly worked for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a few free trials left, it was featured in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I worked off 20 pounds, it clearly does work!
There is no such thing as targeted weight loss. Doing sit-ups might actually make your belly look bigger, since you will just be gaining muscle. You can only lose weight by burning calories, which sit-ups don’t provide. Your body will lose weight as those calories are burned, and there is no way to target the area that you want them burned from… they will come off evenly, though you might notice a bigger difference from the most fatty areas. The best way to lose weight is to do some mild daily exercise and dieting.
What you are doing now is good, try to slowly increase this, every week or every three days. Try starting with 35 curl ups before you go to bed and increase by 5 each night! Also try not to eat anything atleast for an hour before you go to bed, it all transfers into fat! Like you probably already now avoid foods high in sugar, and if all else fails you can turn to a trainor, because they are trained in specific weight loss and can help you. I hope this helps and hope you accomplish your goal!!!
suck in your tummy,NO SERIOUSLY! it is proven that if you keep sucking in your tummy,it eventually get flatter.
