how can i loose belly fat but not boob fat?
since high school i have gained about 30 pounds. i have also gained am extra cup size in my boobs. how do i get rid of the belly fat but keep the boobs?
i have been working out about 3 days a week, doing the bike machine and the stair master and working a little on my arms. I just dont want to loose my boobs lol.

The last fat that goes onto your body, is the first to come off.
Besides, even though your boobs may shrink, you are getting healthy which is totally worth it. To make your boobs appear larger, make sure you work hard on your pectoral muscles and that will make the perkier. good luck!

Sit ups, cardio and really healthy diet. You’ll loose some fat in your bust but your size is predetermined anyway.

crunches, side crunches, squats, you strengthen abs more by keeping them tight while working out.
Ahh you won’t see that much of a difference. Don’t worry just keep doing those crunches and working those arms.

beleive it or not it actually works just watch some videos on youtube and work out with them, my freind used to weigh like 230 lbs now she weighs 110 , she was consistenly workings out and she even knows how to fight now so its like a win win …

So, if you lose muscle, you slow down your metabolism. When you gain weight (and, believe me, you will gain wight) you will gain more fat than muscle (which you would only gain if you exercise).

BTW, EXERCISE CONTROLS YOUR HUNGER. You should also eat 6 small meals a day; one every 2.5 (maximum 3) hrs.!!! This will control your sugar level. therefore, you won’t be binging!!!

Both amazing, believe e!!! ANd if you do them consistently, you’ll look great!!! My daughter is almost as ripped as she wants to be. (I still have a lot to do, but the point is: GREAT!)

You can’t lose one without losing the other. If you have nice boobs, a belly won’t matter. You could try crunches to tone your stomach, but it won’t make your belly smaller. Your belly is probably really cute. A big belly balances out big boobs and makes you look in proportion. I think a girl with big boobs and a belly is sexier than a girl with big boobs and a flat stomach.
