How can i easily loose belly fat?
i really need to loose some belly fat in the next 3 weeks for school starting. i don’t want to get teased any more. it’s not a lot but it’s really noticeable on my small framed body. Please help me!!!

if you’ve got extra belly fat, your abs won’t show. To lose the belly fat, you have to look at what you eat and how active you are. In other words, eat less and exercise more, and spend your calorie budget wisely.

You’re probably just self-conscious. If you have a small framed body, you most likely just think you have a fat belly. Belly fat is not easy to lose no matter how you do it. The best thing you can do is do some cardio for about 30 minutes a day 5 times a week, and after a while you’ll notice a difference. You can do crunches, too, but you shouldn’t do them every day (plus all they will do is build the muscle, not eliminate fat)
If you’re still self-conscious, you should probably try and buy some pants/jeans that fit differently… no low-risers. Find something that fits your body differently. A lot of what people wear now looks bad on most figures.
Try walking a couple of miles/day (after supper is the best time, but try walking whenever possible).
Lengthen your stride one inch more than normal. It might not seem like much, but I promise you, your ab muscles will tell you otherwise!
