How can a young woman loose belly fat fast and safely?
My sister is 24 and 360 lbs. Most of her fat is in the stomach and I heard that is the worst kind of fat to have. I know she really wants help but is too afraid to ask for help. She said in passing she is wants to loose some weight before my wedding (1 year from now) but in not concerned with looking like a model or anything like that. I on the other hand am deeply concerned for her health. I don’t care about her being a larger woman but I know it is not healthy and I have to do something to help her. I don’t want her to die before the age of 30. She is does not eat red meat and does not eat many sweets but seems to still be gaining weight. She works with computers most of the day so she is not that active and I know that is the first step but how can I help her do something to loose the belly fat besides doing sit ups? I’m sure once she sees her stomach shrinking, it will keep her motiavated. Thank you everyone in advance for all your help…you are helping save my sister’s life!

You only have to do five minutes of exercise a day and in the first 14 days you lose two inches off your waist. I found that interesting you might want to do research on the ab rocket because I have no idea about it. But I would also suggest that if you do buy it you shouldn’t buy it from that website because it is like $14.95 for the first 30 days and then you have to pay 3 payment of $40. its kinda a ripoff I would suggest buying it from amazon.com or craigslist.com that would be way cheaper.

walking, do some cardio…that is an easier first step than sit ups….I have lost 25 pounds in 2 months
Diet along with exercise. For the belly, do at least 400 crunches per day. There are about 6 to 8 different versions of crunches that work on different abdominal muscles. Belly fat is the hardest to lose, so don’t give up. Also, drink lots of water and cut out soda.
drink plenty of water and eat proportionally say 5 small meals instead of 3 big meals in a day, get some cardio excercise: walking, running, even swimming
belly fat is removable by plenty of exercise and a strict diet. i find swimming and walking works for me
